Shameful Thing
You have this feeling in your gut that makes you do the shameful thing
That shameful thing you do relives the pain within you
But after that moment of relief
That shameful thing floods back in
And you do it once again
Until that cycle becomes tiring
And you do the next step so you don't have to worry about being shammed for the uncontrollable urge of that feeling
