Shards of Soul
Staring off into the distance, what are you looking to find?
A glimpse of hope, a peaceful mind.
What is it that you desire, that burns deep inside?
A mind that's true, a thought that won't divide.
Just because I carry it so well doesn't mean it's not heavy,
The weight of pain, the weight of memory , the weight of uncertainty , the weight of tomorrow.
My thoughts are a maze , I'm lost in the haze . A never ending cycle a relentless daze. Am I going insane:Am I dying:Am I really to live the whole of this insane life
In the mirror a reflection stares , a strangers eyes with unspoken cares .
Sleepless nights with racing thoughts astray. A restless mind that cannot fucking stay , just stay.
The darkness whispers "you're not enough"
A haunting voice that echoes rough .
Everybody keeps coming and taking a stab. Tall medium short , light , white , brown .Pretty .Cute. Beautiful. I'm bleeding out .
My mind a toxic mate , whispers lies and fuels my hate .
"It's all your fault" it hisses cold
"You're unworthy , you're to blame , you're not it "
This poisonous bond , I desperately cling
A masochistic dance, a deadly ring
The depth of my mind i despise
When is it coming the end of my demise
Went to a Shaman seeking help and she told me "I see you've been running from the beast ", if you want them gone just throw around some yeast . None of it worked so I had to approach a priest. Little did I know all I needed was a psychiatrist
