shattered

Just push me off of a bridge.

Cause I'm standing on a ledge.

I don't know how to cope.

I'm losing all hope.

My heart is caving in on itself trying to find a higher shelf.

My heart wants what it wants.

But I feel like my feelings are twisted and they're turning into an illiterate fonts.

All I know am I loved with all of my heart.

I have from the very start.

I know many of you won't be able to understand.

But I'm breaking apart and I have to take a stand.

If I don't allow my already deepened wounds to heal.

Soon enough I'll turn myself blue and I won't even feel.

This right now is just too much for me...

... I am breaking and my everything is shaky.

I just don't want you to feel unloved.

But right now I'm tired of my emotions being shoved.

Hopefully one day you will be able to look at me the same.

And notice that I was the girl who literally gave you

Every bit of emotion every bit of hope every bit of strength...... I've given you everything.

This is really not easy for me........ Having a heart that continues to burn with fog slowly.

I love you so much.

Just know I love you so much :'(

I'm currently a senior and I'm 5'5 . I'm seventeen and poetry is my past time, i used to have a journal full of poetry but i lost it and its been devastating because poetry was the one thing that understood my feelings. I could hide a secret into a poem and not even my family could figure out what the message was. I love music and i think lyrics are the main reason why i started to enjoy poetry so much, besides the fact that my teachers would ask us to be creative and write poems in a journal. I haven't had many friends so keeping a journal was nice because it distracted me from having no life. I also like to use Photobucket and edit my pictures to change my eyes or make my hair a different color. Besides psychology i would love to get into professionally editing.
