Shattered

Broken.

I am broken.

I am hurting.

A shattered glass because of a love that didn't last.

Sweet memories gone sour with the taste of a ripe lemon.

Frgid, piercing pain that enveloped my heart and turned it stone cold.

Green weeds of envy that slowly suffocated the vibrant, blossoming dreams I once dreamt.
