Shattered
Long and tired I think with fear
Knowing that safety is so far from here.
Parents yell and i think of glass
Shattering into pieces of the past
I enter a world no longer comforting to me
For the happiness was washed away into the open sea
For I was young and got played
A wall of hate unknowingly made
Time drabs on but my memories stay the same
I was caught in his mean little game
I will always see
The little scar he left on me
