Shattered

I shattered silently,

And nobody noticed.

Not that I want anyone to notice,

So why am I writing it out?

Perhaps it is to escape,

And have the pieces elsewhere.

Perhapse it is so I can see each piece,

And try and put it back together.

But the image that once was will not be the same,

Some pieces went missing,

Some new ones were made.

I will never be fixed,

I will never be complete.

The glue will never dry,

As I try to hold what is left together.

I've put myself together so many times,

That this break left me shattered.

But I'll keep it quiet until I can find

The lost will of mine.

RAWR! My life revolves around music, especially rock/post metal core. Songs are poetry with a melody, which can save us from this cruel world we live in. Honestly, I've lost a lot of hope, and am working to recreate it through poetry. I wish for others to see the impact they have on others. Please leave comments, I'd love to hear your opinions. :) "So I can take this pen, and teach you how to live. What is left unsaid, the greatest gift I give."-"Saviour" by BVB
