Shattered Hearts and Unheard Sobs

Here's a story, that's quite gory, yet not with guts and mobs.

Rather stooped in shattered hearts and unheard sobs.

A story, I am sure allot of people will deeply feel.

Instances in where wounds received have yet to heal.

Days when tears should have spilled on some ones shoulder, showing they cared.

Instead of dropping to the ground, bared, unbeknownst to the world.

Just like they felt themselves, bared against the cold winds of existence.

Hoping the world would take a moment, pay attention and listen.

Praying they would not have to continue living a life so forlornly.

Even though they may not be alone they felt lonely.

They may not have been through allot, but its the toll, blows doled from certain circumstances.

Circumstances where they felt just splattered on to this...circle of life, circumstances in which they were sure they did not matter.

The poor hearts of such people, would have to still themselves before they shattered.

Listen! You impoverished souls of existence! I need to tell you: your lives have always mattered.

I am here to tell you life can be a beautiful piece, a piece with which we each have our parts.

I am here to tell you every single of us is important, even those of us with shattered hearts.

Before you label as a liar or another pity having individual, you should know, I am a shattered heart survivor.

Pain in which my soul has felt there is still residual.

Our pride is one of things we fight our hardest to preserve, yet those pity having individuals could be just like us.

There are more survivors like me, making it their personal jobs, to help unburden unheard sobs.

We have all lost some pieces of our shattered hearts, but together we can make one whole part.

I know it hurts to live, but do not give up, if it helps to give your days a start.

Each morning, say there are people out there who love me. Say, " I am now a person who's sobs have been heard, and a mending heart.
