Shayla's Song

The heart of the sparrow is ressurected when accompanied by the graceful swan

Nurturing, Reassuring, Exhilirating

The beat of the drum quickens as Father Time erodes the smile of the composer

Child of Terra, Kin of the Sun, Product of the Stars, Shoulder for the weary

When your clock dies down our heavenly father will welcome you with pride

Angels filling cups of gold with sparkling wine

Your importance heals the mind of the distorted

Friend of the Bees, Lover of the Trees, Defender for the leaves that blow aimlessly through the breeze

Companion for the bird who couldnt keep

Droplet for the starving flower

A remedy that stops the hands of time

I travel galaxies far and wide and fail to find a heart like yours
