She tiptoed away from love
And ran away from her fears.
She walked away from her chances
And crawled from her past.
She would love to be accepted
She would love to be intelligent
She would love to be loved-
Again.
She proved that you could both,
Run AND hide.
She displayed the essence of “potential”.
She did all of this without a he.
Perhaps she accomplished this with another she.
