She

She's a dancer; Not one on Broadway Or one in theater, But she dances Moving meter to meter. She's an artist; Not one who's name comes to mind, Nor one who has her masterpieces In a gallery, Museum, Or in history books, But she makes art That demands a second look. She's a model; Not one coming down the runway Or someone in a magazine, Though she could be, But she is flawless And she poses and smiles for me. She's an angel; Not one in story books, Though tells have been told of her. Not one in heaven, Though the space she occupies is like the divine ground of the clouds. Not that she has wings or a halo But that she is my angel And I love her so.
