She...


She is the one God blessed me with, or maybe she's the one He cursed me with... I've yet to

decide. 

She expects me to be perfect yet she tares me down and wonders why we  collide.

She is the reason I carry my self-esteem beneath below my knees,

She barricades me with reality every time I mention my dreams.

Even though I know I'm all she got she does her best to push me away,

she constantly swears while belittling my dispositions and then at night she always reminds me to pray.

She persecutes my inanities because she's too blind to see my jokes cover my pains,

we don't trust each other which is why our realationship barely sustains.

She may not hate me but she absoloutley doesn't like me,

life has a way of being funny

because this She that we all have,

many call mommy.
