She
She once told me that she liked my shoes
The next day we became friends
She played the flute
and I played percussion
She invited me to take pictures with her
It was the first night I really met her
She was vulnerable
and I was not
She came out to me that October
I never would have guessed
She was gay
and I was straight
She was my bestfriend
Soon after, I fell in love with her
She was oblivious
and I had a secret
She cried when I came out
Things changed after that
She was gay
and so was I
She became my girlfriend
Hopefully she will be my wife
She played flute
and I played percussion
