SHE...

At a young age she felt trapped

like an animal in a cage

afraid to speak up, because she might get slapped

not physically but verbally

by the words her mother gave

she held in her tears

pain, anger and fears

all inside for many, many years

everyone thought she was happy

everyone thought she was good

but in reality she felt trapped

like a white person in a hood

afraid to let anyone know

but if they just paid attention it surly did show

showed how felt

she watched fairy tail princess movies all day

hoping that their happiness would take some of her sadness away

no one never knew what was going on in her mind

she had thoughts of death all the time

not that she wanted to die she just wanted to escape

and death seemed like the easiest way

but she didn't kill herself she kept on living

oh, i guess this is the part of the story where you think things get great

nope not at all

she just gets a little bit older

and her heart gets colder and colder

she been in and out of love over and over

she don't even know what love is anymore

her heart stays broken and her eyes stay sore

store from all the tears they shed

she lay up at night in her bed

searching for answers to questions she always had

like...

"why don't anyone love me?"

"How ugly can i really be?"

"Why cant i have a bestferiend?"

"why cant i find someone who understand?"

sick of searching for answers she knew she would never find

she was slowly and painfully loosing her mind

she got involved with a boy

and he misused her

abused her and constantly used her

she wanted it all to end

she ran back to her parents for advice

which was probably the dummist thing she ever done in her life

her mother, no help at all

strung out on so many drugs i cant even recall

her father, saw how fully grown she had become

and no longer looked at her as a daughter or a son

he saw her as a woman he had his eyes on

he held her down and raped her

she fought and screamed for her mother to come save her

but no

her mother was gone off so many types of drugs and alcohol

she didn't think her life could get any worse

until 8 months later she was giving birth

to her brother and son

how hard do you think it is to tell your child i'm your sister and mom?

she didn't abort him

but she raised him

and she praised him

and she thanked him for giving her joy

not joy that a little kid get from receiving a new toy

but joy that made her life change

she felt she finally had the chance to make a change

in her sons life
