She and I
She is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. So pure, so powerful, so perfect. I am nothing compared to her. So dull, so drab, so dry.
She can make even the strongest man fall to his knees. I fell for her instantly. Some may call it love at first sight, but I know that our connection is even deeper than that. She is my everything, and without her, I am left incomplete.
I can barley sing a nursery rhyme, while she has the most angelic, delicate voice that I have ever had the fortune to hear. When I'm in times of sorrow, I can always count on her soothing voice to help ease the pain. Her whispers tickle my ear and leaves goose bumps on my skin. Oh, how wonderful she is!
There is no better feeling than when I am holding her in my arms. I keep her body close to mine. She's fragile, and I need to protect her. I would do anything for her, but I know that she would never do anything for me. People would chuckle at the thought of her ever loving me the same way I love her.
She is caring and compassionate. Whenever I'm faced with a problem, I know she will always be there for me. I am not very good at consoling people in times of grief. If someone comes to me in their time of need, I am at a loss for words and unable to help.
I'm a lyricist, a composer, and a wordsmith. She is quiet, reserved, and not one who is particularly good with words.
We have our differences, yet we are so alike. After spending so much time with one another, we have gotten pretty well acquainted. I've even started to pick up some of her mannerisms. Sometimes I'll catch myself humming one of our songs that we wrote together. Our bond is stronger than any other force, unbreakable by any means. It is the simple connection between a man and his guitar.
