She, Dark Eyes
Our dark brown eyes were locked.
It always gave me such a thrill.
The search for her has finally docked,
and the car's tank is up to fill.
We drive around town all on her will.
There were sparks between us all the way.
I no longer had that awkward chill,
so we were going to drive until day.
We stopped for a rest when she started to yawn,
All I needed was to see her look at me.
The sun was now long gone,
and I was as happy as can be.
We were perfect, she and I.
And we'll stick together, while time goes by.
