She Embodies A Flower in A Drought

The seeds buried, dried and shrivled

Water overpourn with hopeful eyes

The sun rises, the moon sets

Through it all she grows

While feeble with her first steps,

Now sprinting across the seas

Shouting bliss towards strangers

With glee to free the world

She tumbles down cliffs,

She is crushed by boulders,

She breaks and breaks again

She is lost.

Looking back at her roots,

Replanting her bruised seeds,

Nourishing by day and night,

She glows bright and strong

From broken seeds to blissful words

From feeble steps to sprints,

Through falls and triumph

She glows up through it all
