She Loves in the Dark

They all know the truth about him, They see behind all of the lies he tells But her heart is so pure She is naive, she is in love. No one can change her mind, She loves in the dark. He lies with other women, She still smiles when he comes home. The drink is his true love, But she nurses him to sobriety. Her family, friends Everyone knows. They know she needs to be freed Freed from this nightmare of a man But she loves in the dark. Will someone, anyone Show her the light?
