She Said


She said that I was her honey,

Then she took away most of my money.

She said that she would be true,

But she lied about that, too.

She said that we'd always be together,

Then my heart she did sever.

She said that she would be my best friend,

Then she took advantage of me in the end.

She said she would help me in any way she could,

But then she turned out to be no good.
