She says

She tells me that she loves me

and that's what I want to believe

but then I see her over there

talking to my friend named Steve.

How does she really feel

out there day by day?

i don't have the heart to tell her

that Steve is actually gay.

What goes through her mind

with all the time we spend

She should tell me how she really feels

that all of this should end.

i used to be her hero, you know

Saving her from all those fears

i don't know what it has come to

She just likes to stroke my beard.

We like all the same things

but our connection has gone

Something happened yesterday

and now I think that I am done.

She wrote me a sad love note

explaining what she did

This is completely unforgivable

I am about to bust my lid.

She told me that she loved me

and I so wanted to believe

but I just found out yesterday

that she is with my good friend Steve.

She should have told me how she really felt

instead of struggling day by day.

but now the joke is really on her

because she has no idea that Steve is gay.
