She was

She was a beauty

Who was worth fealty

Couldn't get into bed with her

I felt terribly guilty

So I told her..

Preserve yourself

Most people do not deserve

That you have to serve.

She told me holding me

You alone deserve

You are all I have

So do it, don't save...

I had to behave

Like a man given an opportunity

To take away her virginity

I was so patient

When we were distant

Maybe I deserved it.

Elfuric

Ever since I learnt how to write I never stopped writing short stories, poems and ideas. I am from Africa living in South Africa, Joburg. I am a business man with a love for music and writing. Its lovely how a poem can be turned into a song. Rhythm and Words are my closest friends. I respect The Sound of Life and the power in following your Heart which makes Music till the day you die.
