She was Herself

She was fragile,

A subtle kind of beautiful,

yet strong

In mind and opinion.

She was clever,

Quick to respond,

while clouded

With silent doubt.

She was a conformist,

Quietly shy in crowds,

but loud and individual

At heart.

Along her way,

She felt love and loss,

Remembered and forgot,

Listened and was heard.

She was Misunderstood,

She was Herself,

She was Flawless.
