She Wasn’t There

I was crying all the time,

She couldn’t be there for me.

The children were sad,

My heart was hurting.

The Heartbeat, broken,

Tear shouted.

Trust was desolated,

My blood was burning.

It was so sad,

We couldn’t weep.

The Night was strong,

The Day was weak.

Our smile faint,

The Eyes were tired.

All the family Empty,

My soul lamenting.
