As She Worships
As She Worships Poem by D'Vante Jerrell Chapman a.k.a. The Black Love Poet
As she worships
Peace comes over me
Now, I got love all over me
As she praises
I feel her smile deep down on the inside of myself that it's like I'm wearing her elegant and classy jewelry on my own face
She worships like no other
The Father has been good to us
But to her, He's blessed her with undying because she chose to wear her heart and her faith on her sleeve for the world to see
She is a blessing
Manna fed
Spiritually led
And as she prays
I hear the loud screeching voices in my head begin to murmur and come to a complete halt at the STOP sign
Thank you God for sending your angels named grace and mercy
Because of who you are Lord, I have purpose, a future, and a destiny
As she worships, I hear the winds sway and now before the Father's feet and agree that with God, all things are possible
As she worships
As she worships
