She's the Type of Girl

Medusa was the type of girl who was scarily beautiful.
Pain in her eyes that came from men twice her size,
And the hate inside was plentiful.
She walked down the hall with her head hung low.
The orphan girl with shoulders built for the world,
Because no one would look at her as she shuffled through slow.
One look could freeze the entire football team,
And she wouldn’t mean to, but this was nothing brand new.
For she was the type of girl who was worth an eye full of dreams
