Hard breaths, hard head spins, hard heart beats.

Heart beat quickens- anxiety strikes.
Deep breaths, long thoughts- control again.
Through strength, through control, through love.

Two hearts beat, two hearts grow, two hearts glow.
Though support, through power- we grow.
