Shoes

You had your shoe

I had mine

I tried to walk with your shoes on

Then i changed the shoes

And did it again and again

My shoes are lost now and i found myself searching for them

I compromised with the shoes i again felt comfortable in and kept on.

You had your shoe

I had mine.

Love the closing. Great thought expressed. Check out a piece I posted called A LIFE SURRENDERED
