Shooting Range

So now we meet after five years

We don’t know each other’s  fears

We don’t know about the strife

That’s gone on in each other’s life

This is not the place or time

To talk about the reason why

Both of us wake up each day

Putting the past on replay

So let's go down to the shooting range

We’ll shoot away all of our pain

And talk about how much we’ve changed

And together we will win this game

Now I see your battle scars

We both know who we truly are

All it took was a little rage

To let ourselves turn to a new page

But sadly this is not the end

This test will come again

But we don't have to hide

Because we know where to ride

So let's go down to the shooting range

We’ll shoot away all of our pain

And talk about how much we’ve changed

And together we will win this game
