The Shore

For anyday, I could be found

on the shore of the beach in my mind.

Wishing to myself, that I was not alone.

But that you were here, by my side.

Lonely, I sit.

Watching and wondering.

Where you, could be found on this day,

until it dawns you left me.

Do nothing but reminisce,

one by one, recall a memory.

In the days we spent, in one anothers bliss.

For now, I am by myself

on the shore of the beach in my mind.

Waiting for the moment,

in which we will be reunited.
