Should Have
What if we did run away
Is my head screwed on right
What if I had pulled our picture out of a moving box
Instead of the pile of things you gave back
My ring finger feels heavy when I think of you
And it gives me hope
Im not a monster on the inside
Just a little girl
Who is afraid of misstepping
So she missteps and stumbles and falls and hurts
But stands back up
And I hate you for not helping
