Ladies and gentlemen Lemme tell you something About a place that you`ve always known A place that only beauty it had always shown Is trashed and thrown Into a place of unknown. Here's a piece of candy. Looks sweet doesn't it? But when we eat it We throw the wrapper Down the gray lifeless floor of the streets. You turn the faucet on And you keep it going The water that it's flowing People die cuz of what you're doing But you still don't give a.. People are cryin' People are dyin' Just because of the piece of paper you've wasted People you love are gettin' affected Oils are spillin' Creatures are cryin' For help children wishin' A hope that you keep on dissin' Here's some love here's some hope And instead of sellin' dope Get some of these in exchange I tell you you'll make a world of change Something small does matter Step out of the latter get up, be awake Before it's all but late Do you hear me? Do you hear the shout of what the world is about? Do something! For goodness' sake, do something. Don't let the dream go straight into the trash can Pick it up Let it show Let the whole world know Reduce, reuse, and recycle. Don't put an end.. Please, don't put an end to life's cycle.
