SHOWER

After my work day is done
I love to feel the water just run
As I get wetter, I start to feel better
It washes away all my stress
That I seem to hold onto
From my life that's a mess
Hope tomorrow my pain will be less
I'm seriously thankful for every drop
I wish the water would never stop
The water makes me feel so nice and clean
Making me forget the people who were mean
All my stress simply washes down the drain
Getting me ready for the next day of pain
