The Shroud Of Darkness

Fame

becomes your temptress

When hope

becomes a shadow

Greed

becomes your partner

When Plutus

blocks the sun

Darkness

that infatuates

Darkness

shrouding memory

Darkness

that incarcerates

Darkness

— ill begun
