Shutting Out Everything but You

Sometimes I wonder Why do I think so much? Thinking of things that shouldn't matter at all times of the night. Even all times of the day... Why am I always thinking? My mind keeps processing I want it to stop. I want the thoughts to go away...

For weeks, I wasn't able to express any kind of emotion. Some people said I had depression, others didn't really care. This is one of the first sort of creative things I've done since I got out of a confusing relationship. It probably isn't that great, in fact, I'm sure it's not, but it gets out some of what I think I should be feeling. I hope it speaks to anyone out there who is going through a rough patch in life and just wishes they could forget some things.
