Shy

Shy is a person who cannot speak, I can speak.

You look at me and ask me why I have nothing to say, or that I'm shy.

But I simply do not have input, or am interested.

You nag and nag of the lack of my input, when you cannot even

answer but a simple question of mine.

You expect to be my acquaintance but half-way through you give up

out of frustration.

Why?

Did I frighten you? Or am I too measly boring for your liking.

You tell me your story, yet I pay close attention. And you reticule me

for not being able to have the same dramatic effect in my story.

Then you decide to not even confront me of your disapproval,

but you decide to hide behind a piece of paper and talk about my "shyness."

Oh well you missed out on my silence.
