Sick Starved Thoughts

I was 93 pounds of fat.

I was hiding from my family.

They couldn't know I felt fat.

They couldn't know I didn't eat.

This can't be my fault.

I have to work out twice a day to look skinny.

I want to feel good about my body.

I want to eat but I cannot eat more calories today.

I want to feel better but I do not want to gain weight.

I want to cry because I am like this and it won't go away.
