The Sicken
Tears wasted, don’t bother; don’t cry.
Pleasure through pain and hatred that I caused,
Love, you expected, love you seek for you had only eyes for me.
That something was different, I shall give you my applause.
This loving man you once saw,
Forever gone, never truly cared, never there.
Surely you never saw through this mask, you were too awed.
You should’ve known, love was never there but an affair.
I would’ve died of ennui, you the suction air.
You showered me with your nauseated love, a waterfall with no end.
My dear wife, may you forever be in despair,
All was nothing, but pretend.
You were as adamant about this ‘love’ like a moth to a flame.
Your love is so great, I can not repay.
It was never you, but I; a mind sicken with all but a game.
Soon we will all decay.
Loathe of those kind, the joyous.
Recollect the days of my father and mother,
One deceived, two as one shattered, he was you.
She upped with little she had, a new place further.
You are no more than a mere pest, just another.
The haunted memories stained you however,
Now Inseparable my dear wife, you will suffer.
And together we will live forever.
