A Sickening Sadness

Hopeful towards communication;

Dreaming of some salutation.

Loving for all that is colonization.

Talking to people; just drives them away,

Watching them? Why they wouldn’t stay!

Loneliness is my virtue.

Company is my curse.

The personality of an undead corpse.

The thrills of military corps.

Bring them back; give me one more chance.

I know I can get better; I can enhance.

My love is genuine; my hope freelance.

I’d do anything; train and dance.

I feel like a monster, like a horrible creature.

Like my skin is falling off; losing my features.

Gnarled emotions and crippling preachers.

Harrowing depression and maddening sadness.

Degrading happiness and saddening madness.

I have no skills; an utter failure.

I cannot care; completely emotionless.

A broken down soul; I feel so heartless.

Ages of fear and ages of sorrow;

Why do I even look towards tomorrow?
