Sides of the Love Coin

Soon she will march in through that door,

And my head will be struck by the abrupt reminder,

A painful thunderbolt reminding me of our repulsive love,

The sight of her prompts the formation of indescribable feelings in me.

I can’t believe that such a beauty can invoke in me feelings so revolting.

That someone so loveable could summon such horrendous revulsion.

She has always been like this, but trust love to be blind.

The self righteousness, self centeredness, hypocrisy and the pitiable appeal to mercy,

It’s all glaring out in the open for me to see.

Soon she will march in through that door,

And my head will be struck by the abrupt reminder,

A sweet sensational reminder of our striking love,

The sight of her prompts the formation of indescribable feelings in me.

I can’t believe that such a beautiful woman, built to perfection could love me.

That someone so benevolent, innocent, loyal and passionate could love me.

She has always been like this; my one stop shop of love.

She has always been, and she will always be my kind hearted princess.

And she has it all out in the open for me to see.

I can see the deriding look in those insufferable eyes.

They used to smile at me every morning, but the scorn in them now stinks.

Her nose twists in abhorrence every time she addresses me.

I can’t remember the last time I saw a smile on those lips.

Her words vaguely hit my ears as she engages me in another obnoxious conversation.

Her gesticulating hands intrude my mental comfort as she drives another vile point home.

I can see the velvety touch of love in her dazzling eyes.

They smile at me every morning and I can smell the affection they bathe me in.

Her nose broadens as she smiles and whisper in my ear.

Her perfect lips stretch as she flashes another one of her immaculate smiles.

Her words swim into my ears as she engages me in another exquisite conversation.

Her warm hands cup my cheeks as she drives another marvelous point home.
