A Sign
into the darkness, there came light
A light that shimmered in ungrieving delight
within the words that appear
Words that lit up the mind of unclear
as each stroke is made
another sentence dismayed
many meanings appear,
more than those that sear.
Verses continued,
rythms are made
sounds of delight,
surely a sight.
A Sign I knew appeared
as each stroke of letters; words appeared
Paragraphs-no, verses are seen,
as it enabled those to be keen.
Here and there, eveywhere, poetry is someting to be seen
like a light in a tunnel of darkness, poetry is there to please.
It started at the age of thirteen, where sentences of these appease.
I tried it, and failed. But continued as I pleased.
Poems around i've discovered through ease;
but many great ones undiscovered caught my eyes.
yes, many of those were not easy to find.
those kept locked away kept me as unease.
But that is why, poetry came to me.
