The Signs I've Been Missing

Its Saturday You see the clock and say, "No way..." You can't believe it but it reads 7:20 A.M. Go down stairs and tell your parents you love them You haven't said that in a while As if life has given you a second trial You try to roll a blunt Your mom walks out and you junt Your weed is now wet But you don't seem upset You seem a little surprised Perhaps there's a point to be realized You look at your room Its cluttered and full of gloom So you finish, space rearranged Something inside of you has clearly changed You decide to finally exercise Finally, you realize: "I have so much potential, But it seems I have a mental Block. I've opened my third eye to see I've been searching for the key, But where's the lock?" It's been inside of me So I stand up with glee My purpose revealed My destiny is not so sealed Bad habits must go away For tomorrow is a new day
