Silence

A word and action that can mean many things, depending on who, where, what and when.Silence can be peaceful, Silence can be accusing, Silence can give you a moment to shine.  Silence sometimes means pain. Silence can be hateful, Silence can be mean, Silence can be cowardly or brave. Silence can give comfort and Silence if around long enough...can also mean farewell, I'm done, Silence can come when words have taken the place of action for too long.  To be an active listener, it is not just the noise you must listen too, but the silence too. Take a silent moment...What does silence mean to you?
