Silence

I wonder how you can go on living without a word ever reaching me How you can go on each day pretending that I never existed How can you forget all the good times spent To go on an toss a someone without explanation or reason to justify your action You expect me to disappear when all I've done was try to be good to you You act high and mighty yet when we are faced to each other you seem to run away Your life was tragic but you can change it instead of whinning how it doesn't go as planned My life isn't perfect but I learned to manage, accept it all, keep moving forward to exceed in this life.

Hello! My name is Maria and I'm 18 years old. I love to write poems I do it for the fun. Its easier to express myself this way, every poem I have its story behind it. I like to get advice from other poets and would love to read what other poets have written!
