Why are you so silent?

You are needed, yet you lend no voice.

You are wanted, yet you forgot how to lead.

You are looked to for guidance, yet you hide in the back.

You are questioned, yet avoid answering.

You play a role today, yet it’s not the role in the front.

You are called to action, yet you don’t move!
