silence

“How would you explain silence?” To me that’s the easiest question to answer. These past 20 years I’ve learned that word in so many different ways. No, I don’t mean “room full of people and no one is talking” kind of silence I mean “when your trying to REALLY talk to that person and they can’t even notice” type of silence and it doesn’t just have to be your significant other, that person could be a loved one. When you feel like you can’t get a word in to anyone kind of silence. When “you feel like you’re not even speaking when you are” type of silence. When “it’s important and you don’t feel heard” is where it really hits deep because that’s when you start to feel alone.
