SILENCE BLEEDS
She left in distress
Her hair up in a mess
To her lover, she will never confess
The thoughts she is thinking about
Only lead discussion to shout
Deep down hoping he will find out
What she’s
Feeling
Thinking
Drowning
In tears
Where their relationship stands
She heartily fears
Wanting a future together
However hesitant if they’ll
Make it forever
Raging in her mind
She will never find Comfort
Expressing her thoughts
Puts her stomach in knots
She recognizes that problem
Isn’t his flaws
It’s the fact that she can never
Confront the cause
She isn’t okay
Something so simple,
Yet so hard to say
Her heart is in need
But her rage makes their feelings bleed
As they stand in a red puddle of sadness
A couple that wants northing but happiness
