Silenced

It it possible for silence to be so loud?

The sounds are so sharp they cause my ears to bleed,

each noise different but all saying the same thing.

Suddenly I feel relief from that sweet sting.

And for a moment, the silence no longer sings.

Everything is ... q u i e t

Sadly the relief is gone and the thoughts in my head begin a RIOT.

Everything crashing into one, SCREAMS of my mind paralyze me. I am trapped, a prisoner to my deranged mind and I cannot escape.

I'll never be free

It's as though I'm drowning in the Black Sea

and I'm beginning to grow weary

slowly sinking, I've accepted my fate.

I just pray that God forgives me and let's me into heavens gate...
