Silent Destruction
Getting your attention seems to be a lost cause,
So maybe for a second this will make you press pause.
We voted you in for whatever the reason,
But now you're committing to great a treason.
I grew up with stories about this great nation,
But now we're experiencing an infestation.
Our rights, our voice, you're taking them away.
We govern ourselves? Well I never got a say.
Living in D.C. does not give you control.
You seem to neglect we gave you that role.
If the ballots weren't rigged then that is still true,
But so is the power to impeach you.
You are out golfing while Americans are dying.
I'm sick of your stupidity and compulsive lying.
The ignorance of some just makes me sick,
That they'd still trust you, such a sly little tick.
You're destroying my home, you don't even care,
But I'm an American so you better prepare.
We will always fight back we have since day one.
So don't for a second believe that you've won.
I refuse to let freedom's precious definition
Conform to one man's wrongful ambition
Our patriotic blood will never run dry.
We will never give up, we'd rather die.
You're little charade has gone on too long,
You know what you're doing is justifiably wrong.
The people we chose to help run this country
Have sadly been overcome by the great greed of money.
Very soon if not stopped, America will be lost.
The ice of his heart will cover it in frost.
Now if by chance, this does come to be
and he destroys the fight inside you and me
Forlorn as it may seem, I will never show fear.
For deep in my heart I know what's drawing near.
God is silently waiting to stretch out his hand.
Once again preparing to take back His land.
