Silent end

It's silent.

The air is still.

You can hear everything,

As i lay in my bed, staring at the ceiling.

The heat coming through the vents

Even though it's already to hot.

You can hear outside.

As the snow hits the window lightly.

But i hear something else.

Something you can't hear.

That you want to hear.

And i wish i didn't hear.

I hear each breath i take,

Giving me oxygen to live.

I hear my heart beat going,

Pumping blood through my veins.

I hear the voices.

Telling me it's not worth it.

Telling me to end it.

To stop everything.

And maybe I will.

Will it finally be quite?

Then will it end the noises?

Breaking through the silence.

I want it to stop.

I want it to leave.

I want it all gone.

I want some peace.

I want it to end.
