Silent night

As i lay in bed i can recall the memories

Crickets chirping on a silent night

The times when i caught crickets for fun

And then let them,to go jump and hop about

Strange creatures they are,you hear but often can't see them

Their chirping reminds me of a violin being touched

I no longer catch crickets and neither do i like hearing them

You left me to be with them

Feeling your presence around me is torture

There isn't a day when i don't miss you

Every now and then a cricket stay by my window

And i can't help but think that you came back to me

On a silent night
