Silent Screams 24/08/2017 Please don't fall asleep on an empty mind Allow it to flourish and dream If you need to be silent be silent If you need to scream then scream But don't just lie there looking vacant Trigger the thoughts in your head Remember today and what went on Remember everything everyone said. Conjure up a bright mystical plan Colourful and bursting with fun Its the start of a million parts of your dream Overloaded yet its only begun So don't fall asleep on an empty mind Let all of your thoughts run riot Illusions and dreams can help you sleep tight You'll fall asleep when your dreams have gone quiet Me I'm gonna dream about a moment One that I'm about to share with YOU I say about to cos its not happened yet But I know in my dream it's going to And because it's my dream I can choose Where we go and what we do So were going to fly on a plasticine airplane Whilst eating marshmallow stew. Pink ones, white ones, just like the clouds I'm reaching the top of my dream My mind is starting to remember tomorrow? Even although tomorrow's not yet been... Bluebirds are flying by like lightning bolts Blue swishes appear in the skies They're trying to make a nest on our cloud Thinking they can cos they're in disguise...? So I think I'm gonna nod of now? I've got you for company in my dream I'm lucky, this is the best one yet I feel like the cat who just got the cream Night Night my darling and thank you And although I've got my pillow to cuddle I've got a picture of you in my head and heart I love this life, what a wonderful kaffudle... I can feel my head sink into the pillow Its softer than sweet candy floss Warm and comforting to fall asleep on It's a dream maker no doubt because When I close my eyes I can see and hear you I hear your beautiful voice like narration Your aura is more colourful than my dream And I'm hooked without hesitation... Now in the alphabet I'm only on V's Theres enough dreams here to fill many heads They're keeping me awake but I don't mind, It's not them keeping me from my Zzzz's It's my thoughts about you, they dazzle me And I really dont care that you know I'm not a child no more so not embarrased much These dreams of you I wont let go... Zzzz's are creeping up on me now I can feel my muscles relax A twitch here a twitch there every now and then And no! not from my late night snacks It's time to come down from my plastice plane All the marshmallows have long ago been eaten My pillow wants me to hug it tight tonight So I shall, it defo deserves treating! Sleep well my dreamy colourful friend Thank you for joining in on my dream You turned black to blue, grey to red Painted every crack, every seam...
